Groundworks and infrastructure development commenced in October 2024, and it is incredibly rewarding to see excavation and concrete works now well underway, says proud owner Stein Inge Larsen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Backe Bergen has been appointed as the main contractor, while the hotel consultancy firm Tribun has been engaged as the client's representative, overseeing the project throughout the construction phase. Larsen is delighted to see the vision becoming reality and looks forward to following the next stages of development.
