Surrounded by world-class seafood and rooted in the rich fishing heritage of Byrknes, the dining experience is designed as a natural extension of the landscape beyond the windows.

Ingredients are sourced as close to their origin as possible, directly from local fishermen, farmers, and regional producers. Menus evolve with the seasons, reflecting the best the ocean and surrounding nature have to offer throughout the year. Traditional techniques such as fermentation, curing, and pickling preserve and enhance flavours, creating depth and character across every season.
